What You'll Do
As an instructional assistant, you'll work alongside our course instructors to teach small groups of students in a subject of your choosing.

Volunteering with LearnPlex Education is a flexible and dynamic experience. Depending on the course, volunteers may participate in a range of tasks, as listed below:

​- Attend training sessions with other Instructional Assistants to improve teaching and leadership skills
- Assist the college instructor in leading and facilitating small group tutoring sessions.
- Encourage student engagement and participation during the tutoring sessions.
- Monitor each student's progress and identify areas where they may need additional support to ensure a personalized learning experience.
- Grade assignments, tests, or other assessments.
- Provide additional feedback to students who may need further support
